Three primary methods: embroidery (raised texture, our most popular choice for velvet), hot stamping/foil (metallic finish for a premium look), and screen printing (flat, full-colour designs). We can produce sample swatches of each method for comparison before bulk production.
The MOQ is 100 pieces for standard sizes and colours from our existing library. For custom Pantone colour matching or unique structural dimensions, the MOQ is 500 pieces. Sample orders of 5–10 pieces are available for quality evaluation before bulk commitment.
Yes. Each size and colour is treated as a separate SKU, each with its own MOQ of 100 pieces. You can combine multiple sizes and colours in a single purchase order with one combined shipment — this is common for distributors and multi-SKU brand launches.
