OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): you supply the design and artwork; we manufacture to your exact specification. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer): you supply a brief or product sample and our team develops the design from scratch. Genesis offers both, including hybrid projects where we engineer the structure and you supply the surface artwork.
Concept-to-sample typically takes 7–14 working days: 3 days for structural design and dieline, 2 days for client approval, then 5–7 days for physical sample production. Complex multi-component packaging may require additional time.
Yes. We sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA) upon request before the design process begins. Your structural specifications, artwork files and product concepts are not shared with other clients.
For ODM projects with unique structural engineering, the MOQ is generally 300–500 pieces per SKU to cover tooling and set-up costs. Standard OEM production (your artwork on existing structures) starts from 100 pieces.
